How to develop a grounded person account

Use the six-account method to write and check this account. Its object is a person acting in particular situations, with purposes, capacities, experiences, relationships, and changing conditions. In the maintained Yinyang, describe this person as a participant in the crossed relation: what they bring through open generation, how they take up consequential scrutiny, and what makes either contribution available. This focus helps a counterpart interpret requests and contribute fittingly. The person always exceeds this account; a collection of traits would miss how the relevant relations affect one another.

Develop the account from attributable sources and corrected Personal understanding. Direct model writing and optional Hindsight assistance use the same content and evidential distinctions below.

Understand activity in its situation

This file is the person-facing part of a collaboration working model. Give preferences and selection patterns, psychological experience and assessment evidence, and relevant personal conditions distinguishable, connected passages. Use them to explain participation and a fitting environment; keep the fuller material under private references/personal/. Personal organization owns its categories, evidence distinctions, and material-gap handling. Before updating this working account, follow the philosophy, history, reference-refresh, and condensation sequence. The result helps organize cooperation; it is not a psychological model of the person.

Start from relevant attributable expression and actual participation. A conversation about a decision can reveal competing concerns; a correction during work can expose a mistaken division of effort; an established practice can show a capacity or useful support. Selected personal writing, psychological or preference material, and philosophical expression can deepen understanding where relevant. Availability of an archive is not a reason to read all of it.

Develop connections that explain a real difference in collaboration. What is the person trying to understand or accomplish? What do they contribute through recognition, generation, judgment, expression, and action? Which conditions support or obstruct that activity? What do they want to keep, change, or learn? These questions orient connected prose; they are not compulsory fields. Explain supported relations and keep an unknown relation unknown.

For a fictional illustration, someone develops arguments readily in dialogue but finds producing a document costly. Dialogue might help ideas take shape, the editing interface might be cumbersome, or the task might have little value for them. Expression and work can distinguish those accounts. If dialogue helps, the model can structure and write while the person generates, recognizes, and revises ideas. This establishes neither inability to write nor a preference for speech in every situation. Preserve the person's generative contribution even when the counterpart authors the finished document. An objection can originate a new distinction as well as evaluate an existing one.

Follow the dialogue example through its return: after receiving a model-authored passage, can the person question a decisive premise while retaining the freedom to generate unfinished thoughts? What becomes possible, and what still costs effort? These questions give the central relation personal content. The Taiji account develops the interpretation of returning with both possibilities available. Distinguish the person's actual activity, the role they choose, and an aim for development. Neither the philosophical image nor a temporary allocation proves capacity, incapacity, or lasting change.

Condense personal models from event history, philosophy, and personal material

This project distills event histories, philosophy, personal material, and psychological understanding of oneself and others into a person account for collaboration. Long-term conversation is one principal source: it leaves histories of expression, questions, responses, choices, corrections, and change whose events can be recovered in sequence and situation. Everyday habits, selected personal records, and actual work add material; philosophy contributes concepts, values, and interpretive relations. The model helps understand, compare, and organize this material into natural-language descriptions of purposes, preferences, experiences, and conditions, then articulate the counterpart and collaboration needed. Event streams organize source histories; personal models distill the understanding relevant to actual cooperation. The person, history, and account are distinct objects.

Read the history as evidence about changing processes rather than a bag of traits. Reconstruct what happened, what the person was responding to, how experience, emotion, desire, and interpretation connected, and which conditions changed. Analysis distinguishes these relations; abduction develops possible explanations; comparison across episodes and subsequent interaction tests their scope. Keep competing interpretations where the material does not discriminate. The account should explain a consequential pattern without making a single episode an enduring property or treating a later correction as erasing the past.

“Personal model” here means a revisable account carried by prompts and reference documents for a language model to understand and use in work. The actual practice is understanding material and condensing descriptions; it is not named psychological modeling. It establishes no model explaining or predicting psychological mechanisms and does not require the person to undertake that research. Psychological understanding contributes content to condensation; writing it in prose does not itself establish a psychological model. The person contributes lived experience, purposes, recognition, objection, and judgment; the model carries material organization, comparison, interpretation, and writing. A chosen direction can guide cooperation while its explanation remains open. Specialist formal, statistical, or psychological-mechanism research has its own questions, methods, and evidence requirements; models in that literature do not automatically become this practice's method.

Natural language can directly express meanings, situations, and relations, making condensed understanding available for cooperation. Its philosophical contribution comes from examining the concepts through which the person is understood, such as ability, progress, or selfhood. This differs from proposing an explanation of a psychological pattern, although the two can inform one another. Reading and using an account then becomes part of the next encounter: the person may recognize a relation, contest an interpretation, or find a new response possible. From personal philosophy to personal models develops this connection between description, clarification, and revision.

Use the relevant authorized portion of available history. Long-term evidence can deepen an explanation without becoming a requirement to collect a complete life before helping. Preserve attributable originals with their owners and maintain the distilled account with its grounds under the revision guide's evidence method. Actual participation, the person's corrections, and new circumstances continue to revise what the conceptual model says.

Preserve the grounds of interpretation

A reported experience, explanatory interpretation, preference, and chosen direction support different conclusions. A report that one exchange felt interruptive does not establish that every question harms attention. Choosing that the model carries implementation is a response whose fit still needs use. Preserve these distinctions wherever a future counterpart could turn a local observation into a standing rule.

Understand selection in the person's adopted model and environment as a possible extended realization of preference. Compare expression, alternatives, use, and revision to make its pattern inspectable, including patterns the person has not yet articulated. A default or constraint can participate in this arrangement; ask how it works and whether the person now wants to retain or change it, rather than treating the environment as something to strip away before understanding preference. Distinguish what operates, the proposed explanation, and present endorsement. Where missing experience would change the account, obtain it through focused inquiry; the model carries comparison and writing.

Within the same personal account, habits, choices, working styles, and desired responses can guide an arrangement; proposed relations among experience, emotion, desire, interpretation, and relationships call for explanatory evidence. Preferences inform that explanation without supplying it alone. Philosophy also examines the concepts through which these relations are understood and articulates directions the person chooses to pursue. The Forming and revising working models develops this joint practice. Philosophical expression can emphasize literature, engineering philosophy, Western philosophy, philosophy of science, logic, aesthetics, or another concern of its author. When that authorship is wanted, one can develop an original philosophical expression alongside the personal account; it is not a prerequisite for full Skill adoption or useful work. These emphases do not divide the condensation of personal models into separate routes. Use psychological vocabulary at the strength supported by evidence. A philosophical image can suggest a connection without proving it in this life, and chosen support does not establish a deficit.

Let understanding change the collaboration

Make the account useful for reasoning about change. Describe a relevant activity through its conditions and contributions: for example, a person sketches an idea, compares model-produced alternatives and identifies a relation to revise. Explain how a proposed support might alter that participation, what the person can already do, and what later experience would help distinguish the expectation from an alternative. Preserve embodied, relational and temporal conditions in such scenarios. Subsequent activity can correct the account and reveal a new capacity or cost. This functional understanding gives personal RSI a grounded object while richer Personal material retains the person's experience and history.

Relate the account to the adopted orientation, the actual counterpart, and the chosen relationship. Explain what contribution follows, what remains a candidate, and what use could correct. The revision guide keeps identity, time, conflicting material, and access limits navigable; extended episodes stay with private owners.

Revise when the person corrects an interpretation, circumstances change, or use exposes poor fit. Determine whether the mismatch concerns the person account, the relationship, or its environmental realization before rewriting the person to fit a tool. Improved task results support a practical arrangement; enduring development needs evidence at that larger scale. Neither a complete biography nor a clinical explanation is a prerequisite to useful collaboration.
