Forming and revising working models
Use this reference to form or revise the understanding of an actual person, their model counterpart, and their relationship. The six writing guides below supply the corresponding directions, including environmental realization and how to write one's own actual revision method. The package guide owns paths, common-content projection, and the complete/situated package contract. The entrypoint owns ordinary-use reading. Here the question is what to understand and write, on what evidence, and how the connected accounts can change. People and models can both read and use this method; its practical guidance develops how to create and revise the understanding introduced in the essays.
Yinyang's purpose is reverse alignment: the person's developing understanding, generation, and action through encounter with generative intelligence. The counterpart's adaptation and independent contribution support that purpose. Its Meta-Harness concerns both participants: the model's Harness is coupled with the person's environment, jointly shaping what each can take up and do. The working accounts connect understanding of that relation with its formation and revision in actual instructions and environmental arrangements. The organizing relation in this Yinyang is crossed participation: the person can enter language-model-like open generation, while the actual model enters the human logician's role of developing meaning and examining its grounds. A consequential detail can reverse the emphasis. Each can return through the other's contribution with both possibilities available. This relation gives reverse alignment its particular form here; it connects the working accounts.
The relationship writing guide develops this movement and its dialectical meaning. The other five guides explain its direction, the actual participants, its working conditions, and how it can be revised. Let that relation organize the connected accounts, while each file develops its own subject. Adoption of this Yinyang and borrowing a method remain different choices; another author can organize a different relation.
Human-readable philosophy and literature develop the meaning of that arrangement; model-facing accounts state the relevant understanding and requirements explicitly. Both can help form and revise a usable relation before complete self-understanding; From personal models to a sinthome develops the philosophical proposal.
These methods maintain one developed example. A request may instead call for another philosophy or literary form. Support that work at its own source, even when its images and organization no longer resemble Yinyang; the example and commons essay explains the distinction.
Readers can study the example, borrow a method, or form their six working accounts. The practice overview distinguishes the philosophical reading from Empty, the entrance for forming one's own practice. This page develops how to write the six accounts and revise them together.
The same accounts support personal recursive self-improvement. Orientation explains what improvement serves; person describes actual participation and conditions; counterpart connects available capability with wanted contribution; relationship explains how contributions return and alter later cooperation; environment realizes the descriptions; revision makes the improvement method itself available for reconsideration. Develop these connections within each subject rather than repeating one declaration six times. Use the RSI argument as a direct ground where relevant. A revised account changes an expression; subsequent use supplies evidence about the method and the person's developing possibilities.
The shared formation and revision method
Read adopted philosophy and relevant fresh sources, correct Personal understanding, condense the six accounts and check them together, then realize selected Skill/environment changes and read back their use. The revision guide develops this dependency. Personal retains readable topic articles and original sources; the six accounts select their implications for cooperation. The current language model can write and revise directly; optional memory assistance supplies retention, integration and page generation through its configured interfaces. Select that assistance by its contribution to this method.
Form a situated version from actual material
| Functional question and required reading role | Complete writing guide |
|---|---|
| Orientation: What philosophy, values and direction are actually adopted, why, and how should they guide and remain answerable to work? | Orientation |
| Person: What grounded understanding of this person, their purposes, participation, capacities, conditions and uncertainty changes cooperation? | Person |
| Counterpart: What can the actual model do under its real conditions, what contribution is wanted, and how should independent judgment and fallibility shape that contribution? | Counterpart |
| Relationship: How do these distinct participants generate, scrutinize, delegate, correct and return through joint activity, with what responsibilities and consequences? | Relationship |
| Environment: How do the selected relations become reachable instructions, tools, interfaces and material arrangements, and how does actual use correct them? | Environment |
| Revision: How does this person's actual practice connect changed purposes, source grounds, judgments, shared understanding and environmental change to checked results? | Revision |
Before specifying or materially revising the model questions, read all
six complete formation guides together with current accounts and relevant
sources. Derive the synthesis instructions, or native source_query, from this connected
scope; the table is an entrance, not a replacement for the guides' full content.
Preserve each question's subject and full function while stating its relations
to the others. Person, counterpart and relationship remain different objects;
orientation, environment and revision supply direction, realization and continuing
change. Do not collapse these questions into a smaller prototype grouping or
make their source scopes artificially independent. Prose organization remains
flexible. The simple route keeps the six-file contract; an explicit native
binding must expose all six complete reading roles, including actual revision.
Make the six accounts coherent through revision
Read the complete six-account whole against the important sources and actual result. Check whether shared premises, concepts, referents, temporal scope, participation, responsibilities and practical consequences fit together. Preserve real conflicts and uncertainty; coherence does not require inventing agreement or treating different conditions as contradictions. A changed adopted aim can affect the person implications, wanted counterpart contribution, relationship, environment and revision method, rather than merely changing one page's wording.
Sibling accounts can be read as current interpretations needing coordination. They do not become independent factual evidence for one another. Return to the original grounds when judging a consequential claim. Repair the affected source, synthesis instructions, native mission/question or realization, regenerate the dependent accounts, then read the six together again. Neither a shared bank, common source access nor six individually successful page operations guarantees this coherence. The actual revision method keeps that work situated in the person's purposes, materials and environment. No mandatory seventh summary is needed: the relations belong in the six accounts and their actual use.
Empty ships the common guides, four empty Personal areas, and six
actual starters marked status: unfilled. Form their grounded content through
the simple route or the optional Hindsight implementation.
Read back the complete synthesized accounts at the actual consumer rather than judging formation from saved instructions or successful requests. In the native route, inspect extraction, observations and generated models separately. Grounded unknowns are useful content. An invented person or copied portrait cannot supply it. Actual consumer retrieval, authorized work and subsequent correction test the formed understanding at different scales. Environment or website changes still need execution through their owners; forming a model alone does not finish them.
Start from available material and practice
Personal works offer a direct entrance: an essay, story, piece of music, design, or program can express how someone understands the world, what they value, and how they live and create with others. Creation gives these relations a form that can be read, discussed, and revised. The participants interpret relevant meanings through the work, its making, and its actual consequences, then bring grounded implications into cooperation and the environment. The work can also change their earlier understanding.
“Philosophy” has a broad sense here: reflection on these understandings, values, and practices runs through personal creation. A work can carry that reflection in its own genre. The philosophical contribution to forming working accounts is to develop the meanings and reasons relevant to the current use. Thus, “available philosophy” below also includes understanding still implicit in a work; “developing philosophy” can mean articulating it through creation and use.
The connected practical terms are the person's creation, the model as a writing and creative partner, and the environment of their activity. Philosophy, psychology, and engineering name three contributions to understanding and improving that practice, each running through all three terms. The former offers perspectives; work, partner, and environment identify places to begin.
Philosophy, understanding oneself and others psychologically, and engineering contribute together to forming personal accounts and a usable environment. The trinity essay develops their connection. The following combinations describe available material and missing connections within that practice:
| Material or practice already available | Connection still needed and useful next contribution |
|---|---|
| Articulated philosophy or adopted direction, without a usable model environment or developed personal account | Connect the philosophy with event history and everyday life while preparing the model environment needed to develop and use the account. |
| Relevant psychological understanding, conversation history, or life materials, without a usable model environment or articulated philosophy | Develop the grounded account and its philosophical meaning while making the needed model assistance available. |
| A working model environment and experience using it, with personal understanding and philosophy still implicit | Interpret experience, preferences, and concepts together, articulating their philosophical meaning and revising arrangements through use. |
| Articulated philosophy and grounded psychological understanding, without a usable realization | Realize their intended relations through the actual engineering environment. |
| Articulated philosophy and a working environment, without concrete personal grounding | Read conversation history and everyday life materials with the philosophy, condense a grounded personal account, and revise it through current use. |
| Grounded psychological understanding and a working environment, without articulated philosophy | Develop the philosophical understanding, values, and direction implicit in the practice. |
These six combinations describe starting conditions, not separate formation routes or a fixed sequence. Prepare files, retrieval, tools, execution, and verification where their absence blocks the needed contribution; the person need not first learn to implement everything. Develop missing connections from what is available, with personal understanding, philosophy, and realization able to form and revise one another throughout the work.
Where the purpose includes computer-mediated engineering, person and counterpart jointly develop the relevant computational articulation and environment: the selected activity, its states and conditions, continuity through change, and observable consequences. Files and tools realize and use that model; they do not supply its meaning merely by existing. Division of work runs through problem selection, modeling, realization, and feedback; the person need not personally complete an upstream model before the counterpart can contribute. Environment writing guide develops this connection at the precision the actual use needs.
The personal model brings preferences, psychological activity, experience, concepts, and philosophical understanding into one revisable natural-language account. The model helps reconstruct relevant history, develop interpretations, compare alternatives, and write; the person contributes purposes, lived experience, recognition, objection, and judgment. Known preferences can already guide an arrangement while their explanation remains open. An arrangement can also reflect constraint or a default, so its presence alone does not reveal what the person wants.
Within this practice, condensing personal models from material connects long-term conversation, everyday habits, life materials, and philosophy. Analysis, abduction, comparison, conceptual clarification, and further interaction make its proposed relations revisable. A reported preference, an explanatory psychological hypothesis, and a chosen philosophical direction can inform one another while supporting different conclusions. The person guide develops these grounds and explains why this understanding and condensation do not constitute psychological modeling.
The developing personal model also informs a fitting counterpart model and chosen relationship. Distinguish the desired role and priorities from the counterpart's actual capabilities and response patterns: instructions, available tools, and behavior can be inspected even when internal processes remain partly inaccessible. Access to source code alone would not establish collaborative fit. Philosophy actively contributes here by articulating self-understanding, meaning, and possible relationships, while experience can revise its account.
Philosophical writing can emphasize literature, engineering philosophy, Western philosophy, philosophy of science, logic, aesthetics, or another relevant question. These emphases develop the same practice, with starting material and order able to vary. Technical background does not select a different route for forming these accounts. Inquiry supplies hypotheses and criteria where fit is uncertain, without requiring a complete explanation before useful work. With model assistance, selected lived needs and relations take form in tools, information, instructions, and a computer environment mediating activities such as shopping, investment, conversation, and learning. Actual use returns to life: what becomes easier, what costs appear, what the person learns, and whether the relationship supports their chosen development. Revise the understanding and arrangement together. The environment condenses selected relations; it does not contain a complete person.
Suppose someone always works at one desk. That observation fits several accounts: the arrangement may be preferred, it may be the only place with the needed equipment, or it may have persisted without comparison. Recommending a permanent fixed workspace on that evidence would turn the observed arrangement into a personal ideal. Relevant evidence might be an earlier freely chosen arrangement, the person's experience when an alternative was genuinely available, or an ordinary reversible trial when useful and authorized. If moving removes a valued resource, dislike of that trial does not isolate a preference for staying still. Compare the activity and costs that changed with the location. The model can inspect those dependencies and develop candidate accounts; the person's unavailable experience remains theirs to contribute. Keep the account conditional when the evidence does not discriminate. There is no need to settle a general personality trait to improve this workspace.
Bring the relevant sources and relations into the direct synthesis instructions or optional native model questions specified above. Preserve the six complete functional questions and their cross-account coherence through checking and revision; native storage does not require the old physical six-file layout. The actual private source uses the six files or binds native bodies, and the actual revision method explains how this person's source refresh, synthesis, repair and environmental realization work. Read the integrated result at its real consumer and revise from use. Neither complete biography nor complete psychological understanding is needed before useful creation and practical work begin.
What the language does
A passage can report experience, propose explanation, establish a chosen relation, or gather possibilities through an image. Recognize its function where it changes the conclusion. “I lost the thread after that question” reports experience; attributing the interruption to transferred implementation work proposes an explanation; choosing to let the model carry that work gives the relationship a direction. The account should make those connections usable without converting one episode into a universal prohibition.
The person and counterpart accounts develop together. A role or division of labor does not exhaust either participant or establish incapacity. The speech essay develops how later expression can reinterpret an earlier statement and reconstruct its premises. The revision guide explains how to retain the sources, competing interpretations, and uncertainty needed here.
Move between expression, relation, and realization
human-readable expression ⇄ explicit understanding of activity and relations ⇄ working behavior
Philosophical writing can explore possibilities beyond one working account; the accounts state the supported interpretation, consequences, and unresolved relations needed for collaboration. Either person or model can read both forms and move between them. Different uses of writing do not partition access by reader identity. Clear prose can make a relation usable without formalizing a complete person or encounter. Environment writing guide explains how the selected relation reaches actual instructions, tools, and use.
Use and continue the formed understanding
Keep public philosophy at its common owner and private experience at its supporting owners. The revision guide owns the continuing reconciliation of those materials, their native model form through the selected route, and the environment. Mechanical preservation by a common-file projector does not prohibit authorized semantic revision or retirement of private notes.
A newly requested way of participating can change an account's application without erasing the older conditions. Participating in implementation to learn, for example, can coexist with delegating implementation in production work. Persistent counterexamples can also challenge the account itself. Use the scope and connected-change method to decide whether this is a local correction or a broader revision and carry its actual dependencies, without automatically rewriting everything.
Read the integrated accounts at the actual consumer and use them in the requested work. Grounding, availability, completed work, collaborative fit, and human development make different claims. The revision guide's result check keeps those claims answerable to their evidence and returns a material mismatch to the appropriate understanding or realization. Forming the working models is part of a usable practice, whose subsequent experience can change any of them.
