1. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to original text, Skill instructions, code, illustrations,
diagrams, and other material expressly offered under this license (the
"Material"), including the original material in the Yinyang Full and Empty
packages. The copyright holder offering the Material is the "Licensor".
By exercising rights granted by this license, you accept its conditions.
These terms grant only rights that the Licensor has authority to grant.
Third-party works, separately licensed packages, and your own original
contributions retain their respective rights.

2. Permitted personal and internal use
The Licensor grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, retain private copies
and backups, read, execute, and modify the Material for your personal use or
your own internal work. This includes learning and assisting paid employment,
freelance work, research, and business activities. No download application,
individual approval, or publication of private modifications is required.

You may use a private repository, cloud storage, or a model or computing
service to store or process the Material solely on your behalf for these
purposes. This permission covers necessary service-provider handling, not
public sharing, provider training for unrelated use, redistribution, or
making the Material available to other customers. Keep your copies and
modified copies under your control and retain copyright and license notices.

3. Redistribution and commercial provision
Except as expressly permitted in sections 2 and 5 or by applicable law, this
license does not authorize distributing, forwarding, republishing, publicly
displaying, mirroring, sublicensing, or otherwise supplying copies of the
Material or modified versions to third parties, whether free or paid.
This includes translations, repackaged Skills, prompt collections, and
excerpts to the extent they reproduce protected expression requiring permission.

You may not sell, rent, license, or offer the Material or modified versions
as a product or service for others to use. This includes paid downloads,
membership libraries, bundled content, and hosted assistants that provide
customers access to the Material or its modified functionality. Using the
Material privately as a tool to produce your own work for clients is permitted;
providing clients with the Material, a modified copy, or access to it is not.
Uses outside these permissions require separate permission from the Licensor.

4. Independent work, outputs, and links
You retain rights in your original contributions. You may publish, sell, and
otherwise use independently created work and outputs that do not reproduce
protected expression from the Material in a way requiring permission.
Using the Material as an aid does not by itself impose this license on outputs.
This license claims no ownership of ideas, facts, principles, or methods as
such. You may discuss or criticize the work and share links to the author's
official pages and downloads. Statutory exceptions and limitations, including
applicable quotation and fair-use rights, remain unaffected.

5. Public hosting platforms
When the Licensor publishes the Material in a public GitHub repository, the
permissions granted to GitHub and its users under the applicable GitHub terms,
including viewing and forking through that service, remain unaffected.
This exception does not independently authorize off-platform redistribution,
commercial provision, or further uses beyond the platform grant.

6. Earlier versions and separate grants
These terms apply to copies expressly released under this license from
2026-11-01. They do not revoke or narrow any valid earlier license, including
CC BY-SA 4.0 and CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 grants for earlier released material.
Deleting or replacing a repository or its history does not revoke those rights.
The Licensor may separately license the Material on other terms.

7. Termination and cure
Rights under this license terminate if you violate its conditions. They are
reinstated if you remedy the violation within 30 days after first learning of
it, unless you have previously used this cure provision. Termination does not
affect rights arising independently under law or another valid license.

8. No warranty or liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Material is provided "as is",
without warranties of any kind, and the Licensor is not liable for claims,
damages, or other liability arising from the Material or its use. Mandatory
rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

9. Interpretation
This is a custom source-available license, not an open-source, Creative
Commons, or PolyForm license. The English text is authoritative; reader
summaries and translations explain it without expanding its permissions.
No trademark rights or endorsement are granted. If a provision is unenforceable,
the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
