Use it when results differ from expectations, explanations conflict, or a meaningful choice changes the next action. Clear, settled work can proceed directly.

Ask naturally; if the client supports explicit invocation, select task-inquiry。The client’s existing authority, authentication, and tool boundaries remain in force.
