When to use it

Use it to pick a course, activity, or another supplied option by chance. Speed changes the animation; a reroll creates a new draw.

What is included

Includes the Python renderer and HTML templates. Requires Python 3 and a modern browser, with no extra Python dependencies; produces offline HTML.

Ask naturally; if the client supports explicit invocation, select random-wheel。The client’s existing authority, authentication, and tool boundaries remain in force.
